Temple lies 12 kms from Kottayam.
This Mural- rich temple is a typical example of the superior craftsmanship
and dexterity of the architects of ancient Kerala.
The ten-day annual festival of this temple is celebrated in February-
march. Various performing and ritual art forms are staged during the
festival.
